For me, all yoga is meditation, even postural yoga is a meditative practice. Meditation is essential. Fortunately, it isn't as hard as many people believe. Firstly, it is a deep inquiry into the most fascinating thing in your life, you. Secondly, there are many techniques to use that are tools to developing the self-inquiry habit and to build your capacity for longer sessions.
All my classes have a meditation component.
I teach practices revealed in the Tantric tradition, from sources such as the Vijñāna-bhairava-tantra and the Svabodha-mañjarī, and Yoga Nidra in the iRest® style.
You will learn practices to develop sensitivity to and to strengthen the energy body, practices that activate energy centres, as well as practices that develop feelings of openness and spaciousness.
